In general, electric shavers are better for sensitive skin because there's no chance for cuts, nicks and/or razor burn. This doesn't mean that there's no irritation with electric razors, but they're generally easier on sensitive skin.

Electric shaver is a device that has rotating blades , they kind of enter your upper skin pores and remove the hair , it can be used daily with a shaving base or with water , it causes rashes and irritation to many , it can be used only on face and trimming is not possible with a shaver.

Some electric trimmers can cause razor bumps and irritation too. A couple issues here. If your hair is coarse and/or curly, the sharp jagged end left by some electric trimmers can start to curl and burrow into your skin causing razor bumps.
