We take time to listen to you and support you on your journey to better health. Elsa is a functional diagnostic nutrition practicioner who is trained in functional medicine. She has over 28 years of experience working as a pharmacist in retail and hospital pharmacies with expertise in medication therapy management. During her career, she came to realize that medication alone is not enough to achieve total well-being. Her experiences in the healthcare system led Elsa to found Golden Health Holistics (formerly Golden Health Pharmacy) in 2015. She and her husband, Melvin Ng, Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, are building a holisitc wellness community by collaborating with clientsand like-minded practitioners. Through this community, they have had the privelage of practicing integraive healing and establishing long-lasting relationships with their clients. Elsa and Melvin empower their clients to take charge of their own health and offer personalized wellness plans to improve their diet, lifestyle, and quality of life.
